Contact
Email is the only channel, and it reaches the person who edits the site rather than a support queue.
There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would need a server to post to, which would mean collecting and storing what you typed. Every page on this site is a static file, and keeping it that way is the simplest possible privacy guarantee.
Reporting an error in the data
This is the most useful thing you can email about. If a figure on this site does not match the source it cites, that is a real bug and it will be checked against the source document.
Include, if you can:
- The page it is on.
- The exact figure that looks wrong.
- What the source document says instead, and where in it.
Corrections are made to the data and the extraction scripts, not just to the page, so the same error does not return the next time the tables are re-pulled.
What this site cannot help with
- Your official score. Only College Board or ACT can tell you that. Nothing here is an official score, and nothing here can look yours up.
- Registration, test dates, accommodations or score sends. Those are all College Board or ACT processes. This site can explain how they work but cannot act on your account.
- Admissions advice. This is a scoring reference. It does not assess your chances anywhere, and it will not guess.
Press, corrections and citation
The methodology page describes how every number is produced, and data sources lists every document used with its retrieval date. Both are written to be quoted from directly. If you are citing this site and need clarification on how a figure was derived, ask.
